RETURNS FORM

If you’re returning an item and have access to a printer, please print and complete a returns form, then include it in your parcel. This helps us process your refund or exchange more quickly.

If you’re unable to print the form, don’t worry — you can include a handwritten note or the original delivery note from your order instead.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please clearly state this for our Returns team.

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving them, although this may be longer during busier periods.

Please ensure that all returns for refund or exchange are arranged within 30 days of placing your order.

Christmas Returns: orders placed between 1st November and 20th December can be returned up to 31st January of the following year.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS 

All items must be returned in ‘as new’ condition — meaning unused, unworn, unwashed, and complete with their original packaging and tags attached.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please keep all tags attached until you are certain the item will not need to be returned.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

Important information!

Any items returned that do not meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund until the required standards are met.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights and complies with applicable UK legislation.

BUNDLE RETURNS

These bundles are only provided under the condition that you keep all the products. To receive a full refund, you must return the bundled products in their entirety. 

RETURN COSTS

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning goods. The customer can choose whichever method they wish to use, although we do recommend a tracked service.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

Once your returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and approved, we will either issue your refund or arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to reach your account after this has been processed.

Postage paid for unwanted items is non-refundable. If returning items and your order no longer qualifies for free postage, the cost of standard P&P will be deducted from the refund.

FAULTY / INCORRECT GOODS

Please contact Customer Services if you have received a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days of receipt and BEFORE returning.

Once the fault has been confirmed, you will be offered either a full refund or a replacement.

You will not be responsible for return postage costs if you have received:

  • The wrong item
  • The wrong size
  • The wrong colour
  • A faulty product

For all other returns, standard postage charges will apply.

If a fault develops after 30 days, please refer to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
