We hope you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us but if for any reason you want to return anything, you can, within 30 days of receiving the products, return the Goods to us by sending them, at your cost to:

Products purchased from anywhere else should be returned back to the original place of purchase. Repackage the products you wish to return including the completed returns form, which can be downloaded from the website, and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. Incorrectly entered information on the returns form may delay refund payment. You will need to obtain proof of postage as part of sending the consignment.

We will refund the value of the goods returned using the original payment within 28 days of receiving the goods. Due to the fast moving nature of our product range, we cannot offer exchanges on products returned to our warehouse. We are unable to accept returns to stores. You must take reasonable care of the goods at all times whilst they remain in your possession by seeking to avoid the occurrence of any damage to, or any adverse change in the condition of the goods. The goods must be returned to us in an undamaged and unaltered state in order to qualify for a refund.



Products returned to us must arrive in the same condition in which you received them and in re-saleable condition.This means that: • you can try them on as you would in a store • nothing must leave a scent or marks on the product (e.g. aftershave, perfume, etc.) • shoes must not be worn outside and no scuffing can appear on the sole, or creasing to the upper. • For health and safety reasons, we will not accept returns of any underwear or swimwear purchased from us. Once unsealed, these can only be returned if they are damaged or of unsatisfactory quality. • the product must have its original packaging and tags. If products are returned to us in a non re-saleable state we will refuse to accept the goods and you may have to compensate us.



Please print, fully complete and include this form along with your returned items. This enables us to process your request faster. 

You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

You are not liable for any postage costs if you were supplied the wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour or if the item is faulty. Full postage fees are applicable to all other returns. Please contact customers services if you have an incorrect or faulty item.


All refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase. We aim process your return within 2 working days of it arriving on our premises but please allow up to 10 days for the refund to credit your account. Postage paid for unwanted items is non-refundable. If returning items and your order no longer qualifies for free postage, the cost of standard P&P will be deducted from the refund.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods, please follow returns procedure.
